[目的]探讨i-Scan染色对结肠息肉病理类型判断的准确率。[方法]对本院门诊及住院行电子结肠镜检查确诊存在息肉的200例共350枚息肉应用PENTAX9330i高清染色电子结肠镜检查及对息肉行i-Scan染色+放大内镜检查,均在p模式、v模式及c模式下观察息肉腺管开口、血管形态以了解炎性息肉、增生性息肉、腺瘤性息肉及肠癌各有何独特表现,从而指导精确活检,初步诊断息肉的性质,并与病检结果进行比较。[结果]350枚息肉,依据i-Scan染色初步判断为炎性息肉38例,增生性息肉84例,腺瘤性息肉196例,肠癌32例;病理结果示炎性息肉40例,增生性息肉80例,腺瘤性息肉198例,肠癌32例;i-Scan染色与病理结果比较符合率达97.71%。[结论]通过i-Scan染色初步判断结肠息肉的病理类型准确率高,临床上值得推荐。
[Objective] To investigate the accuracy of i-Scan staining in judging the pathological type of colonic polyps. [Methods] A total of 350 polyps diagnosed in polyclinics of outpatients and inpatients with electronic colonoscopies were retrospectively analyzed by using PENTAX9330i high-resolution electron microscopy and i-Scan polyposcopy. , V mode and c mode observe the opening of the polyp duct, vascular morphology in order to understand the inflammatory polyps, proliferative polyps, adenomatous polyps and colon cancer each have a unique performance, which guide the precise biopsy, the initial diagnosis of polyps nature, and Compared with the results of pathological examination. [Results] According to the results of i-Scan staining, 38 cases of inflammatory polyps, 84 cases of hyperplastic polyps, 196 cases of adenomatous polyps and 32 cases of intestinal carcinomas were detected by i-Scan staining. The pathological results showed that 40 cases of inflammatory polyps were proliferative 80 cases of polyps, adenomatous polyps in 198 cases, 32 cases of intestinal cancer; i-Scan staining and pathological results in line with the rate of 97.71%. [Conclusion] It is clinically recommendable to judge the pathological type of colonic polyps by i-Scan staining.
