“管理分析评价”工作是通过制定一套有效的职能体系管理评价机制,实现企业职能体系对业务流程的实时监控,不断识别和规避业务潜在风险的过程。山东电力建设第三工程公司(以下简称公司)根据企业自身发展实际,通过构建完整的管理评价机制、设定有效的管理评价规则、开发信息化的管理评价平台,对公司十五大管理体系运行过程中发现的问题进行实时监控,并将过程管控与风险管理相结合,利用信息化手段(亮灯警示)将问题点对点提醒至问题发生单位负责人,达到了对体系运行风险“实时发现、动态处理、及时消除”的管控效果。
