Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Project are located on the northwest edge of Chengdu Plain in the southwest of Sichuan Province, China. Qingcheng Mountain is the birthplace of Chinese Taoism. Dujiangyan is the only grand water conservancy project characterized by diversion without dam due to its long history in the world. Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan Water Conservancy Project in 2000 with “cultural heritage ” included in the “World Heritage List.” After the 2008 earthquake, Qingchengshan historic buildings have been damaged to varying degrees.
