目的:摸清某制鞋集团职业卫生状况,对存在职业危害因素的岗位或工种提出控制措施。方法:对制鞋集团生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果:工人未佩戴防尘口罩,打粗工、打磨工接触粉尘总尘浓度符合国家职业卫生限值标准。工人也未佩戴防毒物的活性炭口罩、手套,各工种接触毒物(丙酮、甲苯)浓度符合职业卫生限值标准。工作场所最大噪声强度98.0dB(A),最小声强72.0dB(A),平均82.2dB(A),其中5个岗位或工种噪声强度不合格,合格率25.0%。结论:某鞋厂作业岗位或工种对粉尘、毒物和噪声危害因素的控制措施还不完善,个别岗位或工种职业病危害因素检测结果不合格,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康。
Objective: To find out the occupational health status of a shoe-making group and to put forward control measures for occupations or occupations where occupational hazards exist. Methods: On-site investigation and testing were conducted on the occupational hazards that exist in the production positions or work-types of the shoe-making group. Results: Workers did not wear dust masks, roughing, polluting dust dust concentration in line with national occupational health standards. Workers also did not wear anti-toxic activated carbon masks, gloves, various types of exposure to toxicants (acetone, toluene) concentration in line with occupational health standards. The maximum noise intensity in the workplace was 98.0dB (A), the minimum sound intensity was 72.0dB (A) and the average was 82.2dB (A). The noise intensity of 5 jobs or workpieces was unqualified and the pass rate was 25.0%. Conclusion: The control measures for the dust, poison and noise hazards of job or work in a shoe factory are still not perfect. The test results of occupational hazards in individual job or job are unqualified. The working environment should be improved, the personal protection should be strengthened, and the health of labors should be protected.
