应用电化学嵌入法制备了葡萄糖氧化酶 (GOD) 电极并利用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究了该电极的电化学性质。结果表明;制备的酶电极对底物有明显的催化作用;且具有电子受体的作用;聚合物膜的厚度对膜电极的伏安性质有显著的影响。
The glucose oxidase (GOD) electrode was prepared by electrochemical insertion method. The electrochemical properties of the electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The results showed that the prepared enzyme electrode had obvious catalytic effect on the substrate, and had the function of electron acceptor. The thickness of the polymer film had a significant effect on the voltammetric properties of the membrane electrode.
