目的:研究杜仲叶中有效成分总黄酮和绿原酸的提取工艺。方法:采用罐组动态逆流提取与传统单罐提取两种提取工艺提取杜仲叶中的总黄酮和绿原酸。所得滤液浓缩、喷雾干燥得到干粉,对干粉进行总黄酮和绿原酸含量测定。结果:罐组动态逆流提取所得干粉量、干粉中总黄酮和绿原酸的含量、总黄酮和绿原酸的提取率分别是传统单罐提取的1.70倍、1.11倍、1.35倍、1.56倍和2.30倍。结论:罐组动态逆流提取技术能更完全的提取出杜仲叶的有效成分,所得产品有效成分含量高。
Objective: To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in Eucommia leaves. Methods: Total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were extracted by two kinds of extraction processes: dynamic countercurrent extraction of cans and traditional single-pot extraction. The resulting filtrate was concentrated, spray dried to give a dry powder, the total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid content of the dry powder was determined. Results: The content of dry powder, the content of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid, the extraction of total flavonoids and chlorogenic acid in tank group were 1.70 times, 1.11 times, 1.35 times and 1.56 times respectively 2.30 times. Conclusion: The dynamic countercurrent extraction of cans can extract the active ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides leaves more completely, and the content of the active ingredients in the obtained products is high.
