目的:探讨多重巢式聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对血液中HBV、HCV和HIV-1同步筛查的方法进行构建。方法:选取我疾控中心HIV-1、HCV以及HBV血清标本,明确HCV、HBV与HIV-1的引物探针组合。结果:将合并感染HCV和HIV 1的样本与己知HBV DNA阳性的样本混合作为合并感染三种病毒的样本,同时提取这三种病毒核酸。结论:在HBV、HCV与HIV-1同步筛查中,多重巢式PCR具有较大的潜力。
Objective: To explore a multiplex nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method for the simultaneous screening of HBV, HCV and HIV-1 in blood. Methods: I selected CDC HIV-1, HCV and HBV serum samples to identify the primer combinations of HCV, HBV and HIV-1. Results: The pooled samples of HCV and HIV 1 were mixed with the samples of known HBV DNA positive samples as the samples of three viruses co-infected and the three virus nucleic acids were extracted simultaneously. Conclusion: Multiple nested PCR has great potential in the simultaneous screening of HBV, HCV and HIV-1.
