对２０例胃癌根治术后病人，术中行门静脉系统置管，术后连续行门静脉内注入５－ＦＵ，每次５００ｍｇ，连续应用２周，维持门静脉内较高的浓度，以便达到消灭肝内的亚临床转移灶的目的，预防肝内转移的发生，提高生存率。
