吩噻嗪类是一大类有机化合物,由于它的结构特征,有许多有价值的分析特性,如在酸性介质中易被NH_4VO_3等氧化剂氧化成有色产物。测定吩噻嗪的分析方法已有报道。本文介绍应用偏钒酸铵分光光度法测定制剂中或纯品的盐酸异丙嗪(Ⅰ)和盐酸地乃嗪(Ⅱ)。Ⅰ和Ⅱ的氧化物在H_2SO_4和H_3PO_4(6.5~8mol/L)混合物中混合5 min后获得最大吸收光谱。吸光度在室温20 h内是恒定的。Ⅰ
Phenothiazines are a large group of organic compounds, because of its structural characteristics, there are many valuable analytical properties, such as acid medium is easily oxidized to oxidative agents such as NH 4 VO 3 into colored products. Analytical methods for the determination of phenothiazine have been reported. This article describes the use of ammonium metavanadate spectrophotometric method for the determination of prodrugs or pure promethazine hydrochloride (Ⅰ) and diltiazem hydrochloride (Ⅱ). The maximum absorption spectra of the oxides of I and II were obtained after being mixed for 5 min in a mixture of H 2 SO 4 and H 3 PO 4 (6.5-8mol / L).
