目的建立复方黄柏软胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,乙睛-0.5‰磷酸水溶液(21:79)为流动相,在检测波长269nm下测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果盐酸小檗碱在20.00～200.00μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系。结论该法简便、重现性好,可用于复方黄柏软胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Compound Huangbai soft capsules. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used. The acetonitrile-0.5 hydrazine phosphoric acid aqueous solution (21:79) was used as the mobile phase. The berberine hydrochloride content was determined at the detection wavelength of 269 nm. Results The berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 20.00 to 200.00 μg/ml. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Compound Huangbai soft capsules.
