公众的信任是政府有效运行的基础和保障。然而当前世界各国政府普遍面临着信任危机,严重影响着政府的有效运行。公众对政府的不信任主要集中在三个方面:政府未能控制其自利性、专业能力有待提高、人为造成的信息不对称。要解决信任危机,应主要从政府着手,强化责任意识、实行政务公开、扩大行政参与。 The trust of the public is the basis and guarantee for the effective operation of the government. However, all the countries in the world currently face the crisis of trust and seriously affect the government's effective operation. The public's mistrust of the government mainly focuses on three aspects: the government fails to control its self-interest, the professional ability needs to be improved, and the man-made information asymmetry. To resolve the crisis of confidence, we should proceed mainly from the government, intensify the sense of responsibility, open government affairs and expand administrative participation.
