采用ANSYS软件,通过对温度场的模拟,确定了较佳的工艺参数,并进行了工艺实验、温度检测及相关性能测试。温度检测结果表明,模拟曲线与实测曲线吻合较好,说明模拟的温度场是正确的。通过对钎焊接头显微组织分析表明,接头无缺陷,组织致密,显微组织主要以α(Al)+Al-Si共晶组织为主;相关性能测试表明,接头无微漏,达到了使用要求。说明采用有限元软件进行工艺指导是可行的。
Using ANSYS software, through the simulation of the temperature field, the better process parameters were determined, and the process experiment, temperature test and related performance test were carried out. The temperature test results show that the simulated curve is in good agreement with the measured curve, which shows that the simulated temperature field is correct. The microstructure analysis of the brazed joints showed that the joints were defect-free and the microstructure was mainly composed of α (Al) + Al-Si eutectic microstructure. The relevant performance tests showed that the joints had no leakage, Claim. It is feasible to use the finite element software for process guidance.
