CEO们大半外表光鲜亮丽,内心却忧心忡忡,他们虽然尽力向下授权,但永远身负企业成败的重责大任,因此如履薄冰,不敢有丝毫懈怠。我经常问自己,从德鲁克的诸多教诲中,能否总结出CEO到底应该专注于哪些事?我的答案是:一、观天时:敏锐地感知外在竞争环境的变化,制定战略方针;二、察地利:细致地察觉内部资源和能力的积蓄,建立执行系统;三、正人和:持续地洞察人心的动态发展,引导建立企业的领导文化。
Most of the CEOs are bright and beautiful, but their hearts are worried. Although they try their best to be authorized downwards, they are always responsible for the success or failure of the enterprise. Therefore, they are not allowed to slacken their slightest negligence. I often ask myself, from Drucker’s many teachings, can we sum up what the CEO should focus on? My answer is: First, the concept of days: keenly aware of changes in the external competitive environment, the development of strategic guidelines; Second, Zhalye: Carefully aware of the internal resources and ability savings, the establishment of the implementation system; Third, the positive and: a continuous insight into the dynamic development of the people, and guide the establishment of the enterprise’s leadership culture.
