以黑龙江省农科院“黑土肥力与肥效长期定位试验”的农田黑土为研究对象,探讨了长期不同施肥处理对土壤微生物量碳、氮动态变化的影响。研究结果表明,与不施肥、单施化肥、单施有机肥处理相比,化肥配施有机肥能显著增加大豆各生育期土壤微生物量C、N,促进土壤微生物量显著增长,增强了农田黑土土壤有机质、全氮含量,有利于培肥农田黑土。
Taking black soil of farmland of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences “black soil fertility and long-term fertility effect test ” as the research object, the effects of long-term different fertilization treatments on the dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were discussed. The results showed that compared with no fertilization, single application of chemical fertilizer and single organic fertilizer, chemical fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer could significantly increase soil microbial biomass C and N at different growing stages and promote the significant increase of soil microbial biomass, Soil organic matter, total nitrogen content, is conducive to fertilizing farmland black soil.
