责任物质文化是看得见、摸得着的物化文化,是企业责任文化的载体,也是企业责任理念的体现。责任物质文化表现为负责任的产品和服务、负责任的生产环境、负责任的生活环境。责任物质文化是将利益相关方通过企业有形及无形的产品或服务、物质设施等载体所能感受到的企业负责任理念和行动的表层文化,是利益相关方认识企业责任文化的出发点和基础。一般来说,能够折射企业责任文化的物质一般分成两类:一是企业对外提供的产品和服务,这些物质直接与社会挂钩,最容易被外部利
