外源性ATP(简称ATP)的治疗作用尚有争议。一般认为ATP极性高,不易透过细胞膜,难以产生治疗作用。日本学者发现ATP虽不能透过细胞膜,但对心肌仍有直接影响。可通过调节影响神经递质而影响组织器官的机能。chandry等则证实ATP可透过各种重要脏器细胞的细胞膜。仅管理论上的争论仍在进行,但近年来ATP在临床上的应用却日渐广泛,国内外的报道均表明ATP确有治疗作用。为了提高对此药的认识,本文将ATP在心血管疾病治疗上的有关问题概述如下。
The therapeutic effect of exogenous ATP (ATP for short) is still controversial. ATP is generally believed that high polarity, difficult to penetrate the cell membrane, it is difficult to have a therapeutic effect. Japanese scholars found that although ATP can not penetrate the cell membrane, but still have a direct impact on the myocardium. It can affect the function of tissues and organs by regulating the influence of neurotransmitters. Chandry et al. confirmed that ATP permeates the cell membrane of various vital organs. Although the theoretical controversy is still ongoing, the clinical application of ATP in recent years has become increasingly widespread. Both domestic and international reports show that ATP does have a therapeutic effect. In order to improve the understanding of this medicine, this article summarizes the relevant issues of ATP in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases as follows.
