对硝酸表面处理前后碳纤维增强聚乳酸 ( C/ PL A)复合材料的界面状态进行了研究。重点研究了碳纤维的硝酸表面处理对 C/ PL A复合材料界面粘结强度的影响以及粘结机理。研究表明 ,硝酸表面处理可使复合材料的界面粘结强度大幅度增加 ,复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和剪切强度亦有不同程度的提高。 XPS研究发现 ,碳纤维与 PL A基体间有化学反应发生。界面化学反应程度的增加是复合材料界面粘结强度提高的主要原因 ;此外 ,碳纤维表面粗糙度的增加也对界面粘结强度的提高有一定的贡献
The interface state of carbon fiber reinforced polylactic acid (C / PL A) composites before and after nitric acid surface treatment was studied. The effect of nitric acid surface treatment of carbon fiber on the interfacial bonding strength of C / PL A composites and the bonding mechanism were studied emphatically. The results show that nitric acid surface treatment can significantly increase the interfacial bonding strength of the composites, and the impact strength, flexural strength, flexural modulus and shear strength of the composites also increase to some extent. XPS study found that carbon fiber and PL A matrix chemical reaction occurred. The increase of interfacial chemical reaction is the main reason for the increase of interfacial bonding strength of composites. In addition, the increase of surface roughness of carbon fiber also contributes to the improvement of interfacial bonding strength
