根据井眼轨道控制理论,改变稳定器的位置和外径,可改变井底钻具组合的类型,从而达到稳斜、降斜或增斜的工艺目的。可变径稳定器作为一类重要的定向工具,尤其应用于现代钻井过程中。文中介绍了一种机液控制变径稳定器(自动井斜角控制器)的结构和工作原理,分析了可变径稳定器执行机构的特点,认为正确分析其主要部件—主轴(主活塞)在井下的受力状况,是变径稳定器执行机构设计的关键环节。以自动井斜角控制器为例,通过实际计算,改进了主轴(主活塞)及其复位装置的结构方案,为井下工具的设计提供了借鉴。
According to the wellbore trajectory control theory, changing the position and diameter of the stabilizer can change the type of bottom hole assembly, so as to achieve the purpose of stabilizing, lowering or increasing the slope. Variable-diameter stabilizer as an important class of directional tools, especially in the modern drilling process. In this paper, the structure and working principle of a machine-controlled variable-diameter stabilizer (automatic well inclination controller) are introduced. The characteristics of the actuator of the variable-diameter stabilizer are analyzed. It is considered that the main components of the variable-diameter stabilizer, such as the main shaft (main piston) Under stress in the downhole, it is the key point of the design of the actuator of the variable-diameter stabilizer. Taking the automatic well angle controller as an example, the structural scheme of the main shaft (main piston) and its reset device is improved through practical calculation, which provides a reference for the design of downhole tools.
