Zheng Banqiao, a literati and painter of the Qing Dynasty, originally had a seal of his own use and the seal was “Zheng Xie, a walking dog under Xu Qing Teng”. Since then, many famous writers and calligraphers of various historical periods such as Yuan Mei, Qi Baishi and Yu Qiuyu have clearly said that they did. However, since the 90s of the last century, people from time to time have made a research on this issue and considered it to be non-existent and criticized him as Yuan, Qi and Yu et al. This resulted in a pending resolution. After the author of “Zheng Banqiao Collected Works,” the book found a sufficient basis, effectively prove that there is a real case, and thus concludes: the case from now on.
