依据Go for it!教材,实施“小班化”教学正是推进初中英语教学改革、提高教学质量的突破口。我从一线教师的亲身经历,从激发学生兴趣,引导学生自主学习;利用小班优势,培养学生创造能力出发,让每个学生的个性得到充分的发挥。一、创设民主环境,建立和谐的关系“小班化”课堂教学中,学生的人数较正常班容量要小,那么学生在课堂内所占的时间比例较大,而民主的课堂气氛能有效地提高教学质量,强化学生的主体地位,树立学生“课堂主人”的意识。
According to the Go for it! Teaching material, the implementation of “small class” teaching is just a breakthrough to promote junior high school English teaching reform and improve teaching quality.
