文章介绍了制造白光LED的几种方法,研究了不同胶粉比(硅胶与YAG:Ce3+的比值)对封装后白光LED的影响。结果显示:胶粉比为0.5/0.2时是最佳配比,此时光效达到最高,为77.8 lm/W,色温为4 341K;胶粉比偏高或者偏低都会导致光效降低,色温随着荧光粉比例的增加而降低,显色指数变化不明显。
The paper introduced several methods of manufacturing white LEDs and studied the effects of different ratios of powdered rubber (ratio of silica to YAG: Ce3 +) on the encapsulated white LEDs. The results showed that the optimum ratio was 0.5 / 0.2, the highest light efficiency was 77.8 lm / W and the color temperature was 4 341K. The higher or lower ratio of powder to binder would result in lower light efficiency and a lower color temperature With the increase of the proportion of phosphor, the color index is not obvious.
