我们长庆油田所管的长兰输油管道有马惠、红惠、惠宁三段,全长308.9公里,在1978年7月1日至1979年6月15日间先后投入生产。由于种种原因,设计管输能力大于油田目前的产量。例如红惠段设计年输量为150万吨,而油田供油能力只有40多万吨;马惠段年设计量为300万吨,实际供油能力只有60万吨,惠宁段设计能量为400万吨,实际年输量为100万吨。为了维持管道正常运行采用反输弥补供油不足,能源消耗大,加热炉用油一小时达2吨,电力消耗每小时一千
