内分泌功能障碍引起贫血并非少见,现就内分泌与造血的关系、该类贫血的特点及其治疗作一扼要论述。垂体与贫血垂体前叶机能减退和前叶切除均可引起贫血,但引起贫血的机理尚未完全弄清,可能是由于垂体前叶几种促激素分泌减少引起的各靶腺功能不足所致。其中与甲状腺的关系尤为密切。垂体摘除后,单纯给ACTH不能纠正贫血,只有同时给予促甲状腺素(TSH)或甲状腺素时才能纠正贫血。如同时给予肾上腺皮质素及雄激素,则更有利于贫血的纠正。垂体性侏儒患者注射生长激素亦可见红细胞(RBC)生成增加。下丘脑与垂体功能关系密切,下丘脑受损时可
