本文将文献[1]提供的弹性接触问题的二维有限元混合法推广到三维问题,并用FORTRAN算法语言编制了计算机源程序[4],首次将有限元法用于蜗杆副轮齿载荷分布的研究。计算了在P=2000N的外载荷作用下,φ_1=0°所对应的接触线上产生的接触内力及其分布、蜗杆副的综合刚度分布,以及蜗轮齿面上φ_1=-40°,0°、50°三条接触线上的刚度分布。计算结果指出:在接触线上,载荷呈“U”型分布。
In this paper, the two-dimensional finite element hybrid method of elastic contact problem provided by [1] is generalized to three-dimensional problem, and the computer source program is compiled by FORTRAN algorithm [4]. For the first time, the finite element method is applied to the load distribution of worm gear teeth the study. Under the action of external load of P = 2000N, the contact force and its distribution on the contact line corresponding to φ_1 = 0 °, the distribution of the worm’s overall stiffness, and the worm gear tooth surface φ_1 = -40 °, 0 ° , 50 ° three contact line stiffness distribution. The calculation results show that the load is “U” type on the contact line.
