2008—2009年,在浙江百山祖自然保护区沿5个不同的海拔梯度进行土壤动物调查,共获得土壤动物2409只,隶属3门7纲18目,优势类群为弹尾目和蜱螨目。对土壤动物群落进行多样性分析,结果表明:随海拔升高,Margalef指数、Shannon指数和Pielou指数总体呈降低趋势;从季节动态来看,5个海拔土壤动物群落总体变化趋势为Margalef指数夏季最高,秋冬缓慢降低,春季最低;Shannon指数从春季开始缓慢增高,到秋季达到最大值,随后下降,总趋势为秋季>夏季>春季>冬季;Pielou指数与Shannon指数的变化一致,Simpson指数则与Shannon指数的变化相反。
From 2008 to 2009, soil animal surveys were conducted at five different altitudinal gradients in the Baishanzu Nature Reserve in Zhejiang Province. A total of 2409 soil animal species were found, belonging to 3 orders, 7 classes and 18 orders, and the dominant groups were Trachoma and Acarina. The results showed that the Margalef, Shannon and Pielou indices decreased with the increase of altitude. According to the seasonal dynamics, the overall trend of soil animal community at the five altitudes was the highest in summer with Margalef index , While the autumn and winter decreased slowly. The Shannon index increased slowly from spring to the maximum in autumn and then decreased. The general trend was fall> summer> spring> winter. The Pielou index was consistent with the Shannon index. The Simpson index was similar to that of Shannon The opposite of the index changes.
