目的:建立接骨挫伤胶囊中士的宁的含量测定方法。方法:DIKMA C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(76∶230∶2.4∶0.3),检测波长254 nm,流速1.20 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:士的宁在0.06~1.20μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD 2.2%。结论:该方法简单,重复性好,可用于接骨挫伤胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of strychnine in the capsule of contusion and contusion. METHODS: DIKMA C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine (76:230:2.4:0.3) at a detection wavelength of 254 nm and a flow rate of 1.20 mL · min -1 The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The strychnine in the 0.06 ~ 1.20μg injection volume and peak area showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 98.2%, RSD 2.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the contusion capsule.
