山茶花(Camellia japonica Linn.)花芽分化及花型形成过程表明:1、山茶花花序除了单花外,还存在着头状花序。头状花序的出现,使山茶花花型产生并蒂多花的花型;2.山茶花花器官分化遵循定位分化原理进行。雄蕊离心式瓣化,因其瓣化程度及瓣化形式的不同而产生:(1)托挂型→皇冠型→绣球型,(2)台阁型→楼子型等二个系统;3.台阁型山茶花仅仅是楼子型雄蕊离心式瓣化的初级形式。通过花构造的观察,可确认台阁型不属于上下两朵花的重叠现象;4.经切片观察,山茶花千层花型是雄蕊向心式瓣化的结果。
