人教版高中生物教材关于“细胞大小与物质运输效率的关系”实验虽然能得出相应的实验结论,但是因为需要大量的数据处理和理论分析,所以让学生难以理解和应用。对此,可结合多年的教学经验及学生反映的情况,对是否切割琼脂块提出两种改进方案,从而更有利于学生掌握该实验。
