目的:观察穴位刺激消除网球运动所致疲劳的作用。方法:将20名男大学生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10人,应用网球运动至运动性疲劳,实验组采用穴位刺激方法干预,对照组采用自然休息。两组受试者分别在运动前、运动后和实验后检测MDA含量及SOD活性,统计分析各组数据。结果:实验组与对照组比较,实验后MDA显著下降(P<0.05),SOD显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:穴位刺激能显著降低血清MDA含量,增强SOD活性,促进运动性疲劳的恢复,加快体力恢复。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint stimulation to eliminate fatigue caused by tennis. Methods: Twenty male college students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 10 in each group. Tennis exercise was used to exercise fatigue. The experimental group was treated with acupoint stimulation method and the control group was given natural rest. Two groups of subjects were detected before exercise, after exercise and after the test of MDA content and SOD activity, statistical analysis of the data of each group. Results: Compared with the control group, MDA decreased significantly (P <0.05) and SOD increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint stimulation can significantly reduce serum MDA content, increase SOD activity, promote the recovery of exercise-induced fatigue and accelerate physical recovery.
