The authors used Siemens Second Generation lithostar without anesthesia and treated 53 patients with antler stone with ESWL alone. 36 cases were followed up, 92% success rate at 9 months. In 2 patients, the stone was filled with a renal pelvis and one or more calyces, and sedation (5 mg of diazepam and 50 to 100 mg of dolantin) was administered before treatment and transcatheterized into the double-J stent tube.
