本文从理论上推导了球型铁氧体诸报器在TEM波形传输线中所呈现的谐振阻抗理论的计算公式,给出了在X波段的数值结果,并从实验上测试了放在同轴线中的YIG小球在X波段所呈现的谐振阻抗。结果表明,理论计算与实验数值较好的吻合。本文的结果为用微波网络方法研究及设计由球型铁氧体谐振器所构成的TEM波振荡器提供了理论数据。
In this paper, the theoretical formula of the resonant impedance presented in the transmission line of the spherical wave ferrite is derived theoretically. The numerical results in the X-band are given and the experimental results on the coaxial line In the X-band YIG balls presented by the resonant impedance. The results show that the theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the experimental data. The results of this paper provide theoretical data for the microwave network method to study and design the TEM wave oscillator composed of a spherical ferrite resonator.
