目的:对紫葳科Bignoniaceae角蒿属植物红波罗花Incarvillea delavayi的化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱方法进行分离;应用NMR和MS等波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从红波罗花醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个化合物,结构分别鉴定为leucoseceptoside A(1),角胡麻苷(2),棘木苷(3),edgeworthin(4),1,2,4-三甲氧基苯(5),原儿茶酸(6),异香草醛(7)。结论:化合物3,4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~2,5~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and purify the chemical constituents of Incarvillea delavayi, a species belonging to the genus Callosoliaceae of the family Aquilina. Methods: The compounds were separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate of red rosin. Their structures were identified as leucoseceptoside A (1), quercitrin (2), pteroside (3), edgeworthin (4), 1,2 ,4-trimethoxybenzene (5), protocatechuic acid (6), isovanillin (7). Conclusion: Compounds 3 and 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 to 2, 5 to 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
