通过改变EtOH/H2O体积比,制备了5个不同粒径和比表面积的Cu-HMS分子筛。采用红外、XRD、SEM和BET进行表征,研究不同乙醇/水体积比对Cu-HMS结构和表面形貌的影响。不同粒径的Cu-HMS与活性组分PdCl2结合制成氧化羰基合成碳酸二乙酯(DEC)的催化剂,选择性均达到100%。EtOH/H2O体积比为1.0的Cu-HMS分子筛的比表面积可达1 520.36 m2/g,DEC的时空收率达到110.3 g/(L·h)。
By changing the volume ratio of EtOH / H2O, five Cu-HMS molecular sieves with different particle sizes and specific surface area were prepared. The effects of different ethanol / water volume ratios on the structure and surface morphology of Cu-HMS were characterized by IR, XRD, SEM and BET. The catalysts with different sizes of Cu-HMS and PdCl2 were combined to form carbonyl carbon dioxide into diethyl carbonate (DEC) with the selectivity of 100%. The specific surface area of Cu-HMS zeolite with the volume ratio of EtOH / H2O of 1.0 was 1 520.36 m2 / g, and the space-time yield of DEC was 110.3 g / (L · h).
