葡北油田混相驱采油技术是国家“九五”重大科技攻关项目,它填补了我国混相驱开采石油的空白,对提高油田的最终采收率及广大新油田的高效开发是一个有意义的探索性试验。而地面注气系统的动力源――注气压缩机能否安全、平稳、高效、连续的运行将直接决定着葡北油田混相驱开发的成功与否。在机组运行过程中,冷却系统不能随温度变化而合理调整,填料函易磨损,寿命短,成本高,不利于安全运行,通过对冷却器和填料函进行技术改造,情况大大改善,达到了预期的效果。
