脑血管意外为老年常见病，它的死亡率和病残率都很高。我们对65例脑血管意外患者测定了血清α1-抗胰蛋白酶（α1－AT）含量的变化，现报道如下。对象和方法1对象脑血管意外组：为发病24小时内的内科住院患者，均经CT证实。其中脑梗塞30例，男性19例，女性11例，年龄54～84岁。
Cerebrovascular accidents are common in the elderly and have high rates of mortality and morbidity. We measured 65 cases of cerebrovascular accidental changes in serum levels of α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT), are reported below. Subjects and methods 1 Subjects cerebrovascular accident group: the incidence of hospitalized patients within 24 hours, were confirmed by CT. Including cerebral infarction in 30 cases, 19 males and 11 females, aged 54 to 84 years.
