最近我公司连续发生几次电气火灾。其中一起供水站专用移动变电站火灾的教训,值得有关单位借鉴。这台移动变电站内设三面控制柜。其中两面柜用来控制155kW泵用电动机,另一面柜备用。柜体外侧设一台取暖照明用配电箱。从配电箱到人员住地(约20m左右)取单相电源。导线截面积为25mm~2。负荷接近20kW,90多A的工作电流经零线返回控制柜,与保护零线一起接在固定体与电站的穿墙螺栓(φ12mm)上。由于螺栓接点严重锈蚀,过大的零序工作电流造成接点处局部过热,致使房体保温层起火,烧毁整个电站。
