目的探讨着色性干皮病基因D(XPD)Lys751Gln多态性与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)临床表型及化疗疗效的相关性。方法收集87例广西NHL患者的外周血样本,检测XPD Lys751Gln位点的基因多态性,并分析各基因型与NHL临床表型及化疗疗效的相关性。结果①XPD Lys751Gln(T>G)多态性位点在87例NHL患者中的基因型频数分布为:T/T基因型71例(81.6%),T/G基因型16例(18.4%),未发现G/G基因型;②T/T及T/G基因型的频率在不同NHL细胞来源组、不同肿瘤恶性程度组、有无B症状组、不同国际预后指数组分布均无统计学差异(P>0.05);③T/T及T/G基因型的频率在化疗有效与无效患者之间的分布无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在中国广西NHL患者中,XPD基因Lys751Gln多态性与NHL不同临床表型(细胞来源、肿瘤恶性程度、有无B症状、危险程度)及化疗疗效均无统计学相关性。
Objective To investigate the association between the chromosomal dry skin disease gene D (XPD) Lys751Gln polymorphism and the clinical phenotype and chemotherapy efficacy of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods Totally 87 peripheral blood samples from patients with NHL in Guangxi were collected to detect the genetic polymorphism of XPD Lys751Gln locus. The correlation between genotypes and NHL clinical phenotype and chemotherapy efficacy was analyzed. Results ① The frequency distribution of genotypes of XPD Lys751Gln (T> G) polymorphism in 87 patients with NHL was 71 (81.6%) in T / T genotype, 16 (18.4%) in T / G genotype, G / G genotype was not found; ② The frequencies of T / T and T / G genotypes were not significantly different in different NHL cell-derived groups, different malignant tumor groups, with or without B symptom group and different international prognostic index groups (P> 0.05). The frequencies of T / T and T / G genotypes were not significantly different between patients with and without chemotherapy (P> 0.05). Conclusions There is no significant correlation between XPD gene Lys751Gln polymorphism and different clinical phenotypes of NHL (source of cells, degree of malignancy, presence or absence of B symptoms, degree of risk) and chemotherapy in Guangxi NHL patients.
