目的:为了解无肛畸形胎鼠盆底横纹肌复合体的组织化学特征。方法:对39只无肛畸形胎鼠(高位8只、中位10只、低位21只)盆底横纹肌复合体进行 ATP 酶染色,光镜下观察单位面积内肌纤维数及Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维所占比例。结果:中、高位无肛畸形单位面积肌纤维数和Ⅰ型肌纤维所占比例较正常鼠明显减少(P<0.001),而低位无肛则与正常鼠近似。结论:横纹肌复合体肌纤维组化类型异常也是无肛畸形的一种病理改变。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the histochemical characteristics of pelvic floor striated muscle complex in an anogenital malformation fetus. Methods: Thirty-nine non-anal malformation fetus (8 high, 10 low and 21 low) pelvic floor striated muscle complexes were stained with ATPase. The numbers of myofibers per unit area and type I and II myofibers Proportion. Results: The number of myofibers per unit area and type Ⅰ myofibers in middle and high anus without anus were significantly decreased compared with those in normal rats (P <0.001), while those in low anus were similar to those in normal rats. Conclusion: The abnormality of the muscle fibers of striated muscle complex is also a pathological change of the anorefaction-free deformity.
