目的:分析我院剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化情况,为降低剖宫产率提供参考依据。方法:对我院2013年1月~2013年8月间剖宫产病例资料进行分析。结果:2013年1月~2013年8月剖宫产率平均为58.14%,虽与各地报道的剖宫产率在40%~60%基本一致。但明显高于WHO提出的目标。社会因素、相对头盆不称、瘢痕子宫、臀位、胎儿窘迫、羊水过少、脐带异常、高龄初产、产程异常、珍贵儿为前10位,占84.32%。结论:减少社会因素剖宫产,严格掌握第一次剖宫产指征,加强孕期保健工作,可有效降低剖宫产率。
Objective: To analyze the changes of cesarean section rate and cesarean section indications in our hospital, and to provide a reference for reducing cesarean section rate. Methods: The data of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2013 were analyzed. Results: From January 2013 to August 2013, the average rate of cesarean section was 58.14%. Although the rate of cesarean section was basically consistent between 40% and 60% reported from all over the country. But significantly higher than the WHO’s goal. Social factors, the relative head basin is not known, scar uterus, breech, fetal distress, oligohydramnios, umbilical cord abnormalities, early primiparous, labor process abnormalities, precious children for the top 10, accounting for 84.32%. Conclusion: To reduce cesarean section due to social factors, strictly control the indications for the first cesarean section and strengthen the health care during pregnancy, can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate.
