延续护理模式是把住院护理服务模式延伸至家庭中,将住院期间的护理计划继续延续、实施,提升居家治疗效果,促进患者康复~([1])。涂阳肺结核患者是肺结核的主要传染源。由于社会及家庭原因,涂阳肺结核患者不能做到全部住院治疗直至痰菌转阴,部分患者仍然回归家庭继续服药。宁夏自治区第四人民医院自2015年6月对涂阳肺结核患者开展延续护理取得了较好效果,现报道如下。1材料与方法1.1一般资料选取2015年6月~2016年12月 Continuation of the nursing model is to extend the hospital nursing service model to the family.
