随着我国医院规模的逐渐扩大,现金流通在医院资金流通中的比例逐渐增,因此对医院现金管理提出了更高的要求。包括新型医院财务系统的构建、财务制度的完善以及财务人员风险意识的培养等。本文从现阶段医院现金管理的现状出发,分析了存在的基本问题,并且以此为出发点提出了初步的管理策略,供广大医院财务工作者参考。 With the gradual expansion of the scale of hospitals in our country, the proportion of cash circulation in the circulation of funds in hospitals gradually increases, thus putting forward higher requirements on the hospital’s cash management. Including the construction of a new hospital financial system, the improvement of financial system and the training of financial staff awareness of risk. Based on the current status of hospital cash management, this paper analyzes the basic problems and puts forward the initial management strategies for the reference of hospital financial workers.
