目的通过两种试验包在B-D测试中冷空气排除效果的观察,提高B-D试验判读的有效性和准确性。方法A组采用自制脱脂纯棉布制成的标准试验包逢单月测试;B组采用一次性B-D试验包逢双月测试;分别观察两组试验的合格率。结果A组有15次失败,其中3次为设备故障,12次为人为操作因素所致;B组有5次失败,均为设备故障所致;B组不合格率明显低于A组。结论3M一次性B-D试验包不受人为因素影响,合格率高,可准确显示冷空气的排除效果。
Objective To observe the effect of eliminating cold air in B-D test by two test packages to improve the validity and accuracy of B-D test interpretation. Method A: A standard test bag made of self-made defatted pure cotton cloth was tested on a monthly basis; the B-test bag was tested on a bi-monthly basis using the disposable B-D test bag; Results Group A had 15 failures, of which 3 were caused by equipment failures and 12 were caused by human factors. Group B failed 5 times due to equipment failure. The failure rate of Group B was significantly lower than that of Group A. Conclusion 3M disposable B-D test package is not affected by human factors, high pass rate, can accurately show the effect of cold air to exclude.
