我厂由于长期忽视劳动管理,劳动生产率低下,1981年的全员劳动生产率仅为18,218元。从1982年4月开始,我厂结合企业管理体制的改革,狠抓了企业的劳动管理,制定了比较科学合理的定员定额,使全厂的劳动生产率有了较大幅度的提高。1982年至1985年的全员劳动生产率分别达到24,510元、34,547元、37,707元和39,323元。在不断加强劳动管理,提高劳动生产率方面,我们做了一些探索:一、完善岗位经济责任制,激发基层提高劳动生产率的积极性长期以来,企业中的劳动管理是吃“大
Due to the long-term neglect of labor management and low labor productivity, our factory’s labor productivity in 1981 was only 18,218 yuan. Since April 1982, our factory combined the reform of the enterprise management system, paid close attention to the labor management of the enterprise, and established a more scientific and reasonable fixed quota, so that the labor productivity of the entire factory has been greatly improved. From 1982 to 1985, the total labor productivity reached 24,510 yuan, 34,547 yuan, 37,707 yuan and 39,323 yuan respectively.
