用实验方法研究了诊断发动机磨损故障的AE(AcousticEmission)技术 ,对发动机活塞与缸套间磨损过程产生的声发射信号进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,活塞对缸套的横向撞击 (侧推力 )是产生AE信号的主要原因 ;AE信号时域和频域指标对磨损状态变化反应较敏感 (即使是在发动机的早期磨损阶段 ) ,且不同的磨损状态与其产生的AE信号有很好的对应关系 ,因此 ,AE指标可以作为评价磨损程度和诊断磨损故障的标准。该研究为发动机磨损故障诊断提供了一种新的有效方法 ,并可为往复式机械设备的磨损故障声发射诊断提供依据。
The AE (Acoustic Emission) technique, which diagnoses the wear of the engine, was studied experimentally and the AE signals generated by the wear between the piston and the liner of the engine were analyzed. Experimental results show that the piston’s lateral impact on the liner is the main reason for AE signal generation. The AE signal’s time and frequency response is more sensitive to the change of wear state even in the early stage of engine wear. The different wear states have a good correspondence with the AE signals they produce. Therefore, the AE indicator can be used as a criterion for evaluating wear and diagnosing wear and tear. The research provides a new effective method for the fault diagnosis of engine wear, and provides the basis for the diagnosis of wear failure acoustic emission of reciprocating machinery.
