对137例病理学诊断为尖锐湿疣、疑似尖锐湿疣及假性湿疣的材料作地高辛村记的HPV6B/11DNA原位杂交及免疫组化HPV搞原进行检测,结果显示:尖锐湿疣中HPV6B/11DNA阳性率为9908%(108/109),疑似尖锐湿疣中HPV6B/11DNA阳性率为1176%(2/17),11例女阴假性湿疣HPV6B/11DNA均增阴性。提出特征性的挖空细胞是病理学诊断尖锐湿疣的重要依据,而地高辛标记的原位杂交技术为病变的确诊提供一简便,准确的手段。

It is an important basis for the pathological diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum that the characteristic hollow cell is proposed, and the digoxigenin labeled in situ hybridization technique provides a simple and accurate method for the diagnosis of the lesion.
