目的为及时发现、有效处置疾病疫情和突发公共卫生事件。方法利用计算机信息技术、流行病学、卫生统计学、数学、地理信息系统(GIS)等多学科知识,结合现场流行病学等工作实际,建立学生信息资源的综合管理数据模型,各学校通过B/S平台输入指定网址,即可实现学生信息录入、疫情预警、数据统计、分析功能。结果利用该系统可以全面了解学生健康状况和预防接种接种现状;可以判定学校突发公共卫生事件风险隐患的级别;教育、卫生行政部门可以及时掌握学校疾病发生、流行情况;初步判定某种疾病发生、流行的可能性大小。结论开发学校疾病症状监测预警信息管理系统,可以及时、有效、准确掌握学校疾病和突发公共卫生事件发生现状,达到早期预警、有效防控的目的。
