捻子条是用于复合材料梁肋结构三角空隙的填充材料,为优化捻子条手工制备方法,为工程实践及自动化生产提供依据,分别采用滚卷式和铺层式2种手工制备方法制备了预浸料捻子条,并通过对预浸料捻子条外形尺寸、微观结构及力学性能的表征,探索了不同手工制备方法对捻子条质量的影响。结果表明:2种方法制备的预浸料捻子条在外形尺寸上差别不大,纤维体积分数均约为60%、孔隙率均约为3%;但2种方法制备的捻子条在内部缺陷形式及力学性能方面差别较大,滚卷式制备的捻子条内部缺陷小而分散,纤维排列混乱,在弯曲载荷下产生纤维断裂失效;铺层式制备的捻子条内部缺陷大而连续,纤维准直度好,在弯曲载荷下产生分层断裂失效。
