采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)并结合宏观形貌观察,研究了在高温(80℃)和常温原油积水中,不同厚度的环氧煤沥青涂层的寿命规律.结果表明,提高浸泡温度与延长浸泡时间对涂层有相同的破坏效果,10 mHz频率处10~4Ω·cm~2的总阻抗值是判定环氧煤沥青涂层在原油积水介质中寿命的量值.
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and macroscopic morphological observation were used to study the lifetimes of epoxy coal tar pitch coatings with different thicknesses at high temperature (80 ℃) and normal temperature. The results show that increasing the immersion temperature and Extending the soaking time has the same destructive effect on the coating. The total resistance value of 10 ~ 4Ω · cm ~ 2 at the frequency of 10 mHz is a measure of the life span of the epoxy coal tar pitch coating in the crude oil water-storing medium.
