目的:以星点设计-效应面法优选健脾颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以加水量和提取时间为自变量,以橙皮苷转移率为因变量对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法选择较佳工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果:确定较优提取工艺为加11倍量水,提取时间80 min,提取2次,提取率实测值与预测值偏差为0.54%,二项式拟合复相关系数r=0.958 3。结论:采用星点设计-效应面法优选健脾颗粒的提取工艺,方法简便,预测性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Jianpi granules by the method of apical design - response surface method. Methods: According to the multiple linear regression and binomial fitting of the hesperidin transfer rate as the dependent variable and the water addition and extraction time as the independent variables, the optimal process conditions were selected by response surface methodology and the prediction was made analysis. Results: The optimal extraction process was determined by adding 11 times the amount of water, extraction time was 80 min and extraction was twice. The deviation between the measured value and the predicted value was 0.54%. The complex correlation coefficient of binomial fitting was 0.958 3. Conclusion: The star-point design-response surface method for the extraction of spleen particles extraction process, the method is simple, good predictability.
