作为全球发展最为迅速的旅游行业之一,美食旅游既是文化旅游的一种表现形式,也是特殊兴趣旅游的具体体现。它主要指游客前往旅游目的地享用美食并体验当地美食文化。澳门素以美食之城闻名海内外,但将美食作为直接的旅游吸引物,吸引游客专程前来品尝美食和感受美食文化,则源于澳门各类美食嘉年华的举办。本文探究美食旅游的研究进展,回顾美食旅游在澳门起源和发展,总结澳门美食旅游的特点,并研究澳门美食节顾客满意度,探究影响其表现性的各种因素,找出澳门美食节今后努力的重点和方向。为达上述目的,本研究通过对国内外相关文献进行综述、田野调查的方式,针对澳门第九届美食节嘉年华作实证研究。并根据研究结论提出建议,以供相关部门、业者以及未来相关研究之参考。
As one of the fastest-growing tourism industries in the world, gourmet tourism is not only a manifestation of cultural tourism, but also a manifestation of tourism with special interests. It mainly refers to tourists to travel destinations to enjoy food and experience the local food culture. Macao is famous both for food and beverage. However, as a direct tourism attraction, attracting tourists to come and enjoy food culture and delicacies come from Macau Food Carnival. This article explores the research progress of gourmet tourism, reviews the origins and development of gourmet tourism in Macao, summarizes the characteristics of gourmet tourism in Macao, studies the customer satisfaction of Macau Food Festival, explores various factors that affect its performance, and finds out the future efforts of Macao Food Festival The focus and direction. In order to achieve the above objective, this study conducts an empirical study on the 9th Fiesta of the Year in Macao based on a review of the relevant literature both at home and abroad, and the field investigation. And make recommendations based on the conclusions of the study for reference of relevant departments, industry and future related research.
